After the tragic events that swept the reploid race in Doppler Town, “Is Sigma really defeated this time?” was the question pondered by all. The question would be answered in Sigma’s endless creed.

Repliforce; a supplementary military force to complement the Maverick Hunters, led by a colossal reploid named “General”, was visited by a shady individual in a shaggy robe. A meeting was held between the person and General, a meeting that was short-lived. Soon after, disaster struck and the floating city, “Sky Lagoon” was attacked and sent plummeting to the ground, killing much innocence that lied below.

X and Zero rushed to the scene in attempt to stop the havoc to run into “Colonel”, Repliforce’s second in command. Being wrongfully judged by the Maverick Hunters and humans alike, the Repliforce issues a coup… just as planned. X and Zero once again set out in attempt to end the madness.
